We do not ship insect specimens to locations outside the Continental United States
Shipping and Handling
- Please confirm your name and address at checkout.
- Most items are shipped from our office in Saint James, Missouri same day or
next after the payment is confirmed. Weekends, holidays and time of purchase
can change the shipping time.
- We ship insects USPS Priority mail.
- Do to shock we can not guarantee the antennae or legs.
Overnight Deliveries -
- For overnight deliveries we use FedEx.
- Overnight delivery requests paid for prior to 1pm central time Monday-Thursday will be placed
in the overnight box the same day.
- Overnight delivery requests paid for after 1pm central time Monday-Thursday will be placed
in the overnight box the next day.
- Overnight delivery requests paid for after 1pm central time Thursday but before 4pm central time Friday will be delivered Monday (NOT SATURDAY).
- Overnight delivery requests paid for after 1pm central time Friday will
be placed in the overnight on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
- We need you to provide us with your telephone number for the FedEx
forms.
- We do not do overnights with Saturday or Sunday delivery times.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with this item for any reason, just return it within 7 days and you could receive a complete refund of the item purchased. Just return the item undamaged, unopened and not removed from its packaging.
We do not pay return shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to not refund any shipping charges associated with returned items.
